Proudly serving New Jersey and the Tri-State Area, NJ Snake Man has been educating and entertaining audiences of all ages since 2008. The enthusiastic NJ Snake Man team of professional presenters shares our unique collection of live snakes and now lizards, turtles, and birds by request through fun and interactive environmental education programs. We believe that common-sense conservation begins with engaging education.
Boasting a collection of almost 90 animals, NJ Snake Man can customize a program for any event type or size; from personalized experiences for one, to festivals and fairs with thousands of attendees. We also provide animals for photo shoots, movies and videos, promotional events, almost anything you can think of, contact us today or book now, and get ready for an incredible reptile experience.

Steve Lengen, the NJ Snake Man, is a New Jersey native who was born and raised in Bridgewater. He started keeping snakes at the age of 4. His love for snakes developed over a lifetime of exploring the outdoors. After spending 3 years providing volunteer programs for NJ Fish and Wildlife with his science teacher and herpetology mentor Mr. Gerald Wronski, the NJ Snake Man opened the doors of his business in 2008.
Steve is passionate about using engaging and interactive experiences to impart knowledge. He is also an entrepreneur and business mentor. Today, he lives with his wife in Sussex County, New Jersey where they love spending time outdoors with their four children, who are actively involved in raising and caring for the collection of snakes and can’t wait until they can help their dad with NJ Snake Man programs.
